Why bank jobs are more preferred than SSC ?

Every struggling aspirant has a dream to procure a prosperous career option a well paid job attracts the young masses and if they have to choose from Public Sector they prefer banking sector to that of Government Sector.  Banking jobs are a matter of prestige if you are appointed in a nationalized bank.

There are a number of reasons which led the candidates to choose a bank job than any other job, some of them are

It is a secure job as it is a permanent job. Therefore you are not hit by any financial downturn being in a bank job.

There are immense growth opportunities in banking sector. Those who join as clerks may be transferred to a rural areas in the beginning but every fourth year they get a second promotion which is worth a wait.  This promotion can be raised to a level of General Manager Rank by the end of 15th year.

Banking sector is having only 50% of the current workforce requirement. It clears the road of the contestants of jobs as they stand a fair chance of getting a job.  More than 1,00,000 new jobs are going to be created in future may be by the end of year 2020. It will give a stable future and a rapid growth for the outstanding performers.
  1. High Salary:
Bank offers high salary at entry level as compared to other jobs. Probationary officer usually gets around Rs.4.5 lac per annum in a nationalized bank. SBI offers a slightly higher than other nationalized banks. According to the latest demands updates IBA, banks will get an increase in the salaries up to Rs. 5 lac per annum. Therefore, banking sector is a gateway for the fresher to start a career.

Banking sector offers a job work for all types of candidates, those who like public dealings and those who prefer to perform when left alone. It offers front desk executive where one can interact with public in general visiting bank. Besides this it offers data analyst post where they have to compile the data of bank. One can choose the seat according to the passion and preference of job types while in the bank.
